The OilQuick Tiltrotator is the excavator arm joint that significantly extends the excavator’s working range by turning without restriction in both directions and simultaneously swivelling sideways up to 45°. Whether in road construction, civil engineering, or canal construction, the chosen positioning of attachments increases the productivity of every machine. In the sandwich version, the Tiltrotator can simply be put away if it is not required. This not only increases the service life of the Tiltrotator; if maintenance is required, downtime costs are excluded. Fuel, maintenance, and repair costs are also reduced due to the lower dead weight.

OilQuick System Solution

The sandwich solution for swivelling and rotating rigid tools and temporarily setting down the Tiltrotator. Rigid tools such as digging buckets or pallet forks can be swivelled or rotated with the sandwich solution. The Tiltrotator can also easily be put down temporarily for direct coupling of hydraulic attachments or a bucket. Coupling and uncoupling takes seconds and is controlled directly in the driver’s cab.

Storage and transport rack

For safe storage and transport of the OilQuick Tiltrotator OQTR Figure/ Photo To prevent damage to the Tiltrotators during transport to and from construction sites or during storage, the storage and transport rack is the perfect solution, as the Tiltrotator is firmly secured in it via the lower quick coupler.Thanks to the recess that goes all the way around, you can get under the frame from any side with the forks of a wheel loader or forklift and safely move, unload, load, or store the Tiltrotator. Technical documents such as the Tiltrotator’s operating instructions are stored safely in a waterproof document box permanently installed on the unit and are always accessible.

A special holder is integrated on the storage and transport rack for carrying the locking keys when a mechanical changer is used.

Control System TLE

Tilt/lock/extra directional valves that allow switching between tilt function and an extra hydraulic connection on the Tiltrotator. The Tiltrotator quick coupler is also controlled with this system. The system is designed for control with two double-acting hydraulic circuits from the machine. If the machine supports this, the tilt and turn function can be performed simultaneously. Gripping Module suitable for all OilQuick Tiltrotators

The gripper module is the perfect tool for picking up and handling pipes, kerbs, or boulders.

The gripping module has rounded claws that close completely and are removable. A little aid that comes into play when it is needed.
