PP Series for carriers from 8 to 38 t
The separators of the PP series serve the carrier segment of the medium tonnage classes. The attachment is recommended for excavators from 16 to 38 tonnes and wheel loaders from 8 to 24 tonnes.
Whether for soil preparation in road construction, pipeline construction, gardening and landscaping, for processing and pre-sorting at landfill sites, for processing industrial rejects and by-products... productively and profitably, the powerful and robust separators of the PP series process numerous organic and mineral wastes into recyclable, valuable raw materials. Even contaminated soil can be worked with the separators. Their mobility, flexibility and not to mention their efficient operation make them the perfect attachment to carry out several operations in one go. This serves our environment in several ways. Recycling waste products conserves our resources, less landfill transport means less fuel consumption which leads to less environmental impact.
The hydraulic attachments can be used independently of a power supply wherever the carrier can also be used—directly on the construction site, in storage yards, depots, transhipment yards, etc. Screening, mixing, sorting, crushing, separating, composting, aerating, loading... the applications are nearly endless.
The separators are supplied in HD design (additional reinforcement) and can be configured with screen or stabilizing drums in shaft sizes 120, 180 and 240 cm. There is a choice of screening drums type S = screening/ fine screening, type C = crushing/ for crushing and/or screening for grading curves depending on the configuration between 10 - 80 mm, as well as X50, X75 and X100 stabilizing drums.
