PS-Series for carriers from 4 to 28 t
Perfect for mounting on excavators from 10 to 30 t or wheel loaders and skid steer loaders from 4 to 19 t. The standard and HD models of the PS series are used in construction, recycling and industry. They process waste materials into valuable raw materials, reduce material transport, fuel consumption and landfill fees and thus support sustainability. Especially in civil engineering, the multifunctional separators are used in soil preparation and for backfilling pipeline trenches. Whether the work is screening out impurities such as stones, roots, etc. or mixing in binding agents for soil stabilization, the mobile separators carry out the necessary work steps, including loading, in a single operation, significantly accelerating the progress on the construction site. Other possible applications include screening topsoil, compost, sand, gravel, crushed stone, fertiliser, etc. But also recycling of asphalt, waste separation, crushing of plasterboard, processing of demolition material, slags and contaminated soils is possible with the versatile separators directly on site. The hydraulic attachments attached to an excavator or wheel loader also process porcelain, glass, bricks and soft minerals.
A robust frame (HD models = additional frame reinforcement), a powerful motor and extremely wear-resistant flails and drum are the distinguishing features of the Predatore PS series separators. Thanks to maximum power transmission, reliable and trouble-free work is guaranteed.
Within the PS series, different model variants are available in the sizes 90, 120 ,150 or 180 cm equipped with two or three screening or stabilizing drums. Depending on the screening drum (S = screening/fine screening, C = crushing/ for crushing and/or screening), grain sizes between 10 and 80 mm are achieved; the grain sizes of the stabilizing drums are defined at 50, 75 or 100 mm.
